摘  要:楚雄滇中有色金属有限责任公司采用艾萨熔炼系统进行铜冶炼,实际生产中,杂质元素锌含量的增加导致了艾萨炉熔炼和电炉、转炉中炉渣的黏度和熔点增加,烟尘率升高等问题,致使渣和熔体难以分离,并且渣中铜含量增加,烟气系统运行受到影响。公司采用源头把控、生产指标调整、设备优化等多种方式进行控制,将杂质锌对生产的负面影响降至最低。本文根据该公司的生产实践,详细介绍了杂质元素锌对铜冶炼中艾萨炉、电炉、余热锅炉、阳极铜生产运行的影响,及其在各冶炼流程的主要分布情况,并给出了各冶炼阶段的具体调控措施。Chuxiong Dianzhong Nonferrous Metals Co.Ltd.adopts the ISA smelting system for copper pyrometallurgy.In production practice,the increase of the impurity element zinc content had led to some problems such as an increase of the viscosity and the melting point of the slag in the ISA furnace and the converter,an increase in soot rate and so on.The increase made it difficult to separate the slag and the melt,and the copper content in the slag increased,and the flue gas system operation was affected.The company minimize the negative impact of zinc impurities by controlling zinc content of source materials,adjusting production indexes,optimizing equipment and so on.Based on the company’s production practice,this article introduces the impact of the impurity element zinc on the production and operation of the Isa furnace,electric furnace,waste heat boiler and anode copper in copper pyrometallurgy,and its main distribution in each smelting process.At last,the specific control measures of each smelting process are given.
