摘 要:大冶冶炼厂澳斯麦特炉冶炼系统设计氧浓为60%,达不到生产经营对产能的要求。为提高产能,该厂决定对氧枪结构进行改造,采取高富氧操作。通过提高PCS控制系统最低风量的设置,优化喷枪结构,实现了澳斯麦特炉氧浓从设计值的60%提高到72%,并取得了显著的成效:矿铜产能提高到30万t/a;尾气量下降,配套电收尘灰量从30 t/d左右下降至20 t/d左右,降低了循环物料,提升了物料直收率;澳斯麦特炉能耗,配套电炉电耗下降;炉寿增长至18个月;喷枪平均寿命提高至8 d。该次高氧浓试生产成功达到了提高产能、降低能耗的目的,对相关企业有极大的参考价值。The smelting system of Ausmelt furnace in a smelter was designed with an oxygen concentration of 60%,which fails to meet the production capacity requirements.In order to increase production capacity,the plant decided to transform the oxygen lance structure and adopt high oxygen concentration operation.By increasing the setting of the minimum air volume of the PCS control system and optimizing the oxygen lance structure,the oxygen concentration of the Ausmelt furnace has been increased from 60% to 72%,and significant results have been achieved.The production capacity is increased to 300 000 t/a;the amount of exhaust gas is reduced,and the amount of dust and ash is reduced from about 30 t/d to about 20 t/d,which reduces the circulating materials and improves the metal direct yield;energy consumption of Australian furnaces and electricity consumption of the electric furnaces decrease;furnace life increased to 18 months;average life of the oxygen lance increase to 8 d.The high oxygen concentration trial production successfully achieved the purpose of increasing production capacity and reducing energy consumption,which has great reference value for related enterprises.
