摘 要:某公司通过提炼铅阳极泥和铜阳极泥,堆存了大量的含铋物料氧化渣和氯氧铋,为了回收氯氧铋和氧化铋中的铋,公司建立了一条精铋生产线。该工艺是将含铋物料氧化渣和氯氧铋与溶剂按一定比例混合后进入转炉,在高温条件下熔炼成粗铋。然后,通过空气氧化除锑,熔析除铜,加锌除银,氯气除锌、铅,氧化精炼等工艺过程,使得精铋质量达到了IC-Bi99.99以上,铋直产率达到了65%,铋回收率达到了95%,取得了较好的经济效益。A company has refined a large amount of bismuth-containing material oxide slag and bismuth oxychloride by refining lead anode mud and copper anode mud.In order to recover bismuth in bismuth oxychloride and bismuth oxide,the company has established a production line for refined bismuth.In this process,bismuth-containing material slag,bismuth oxychloride and solvent are mixed at a certain ratio,which is converted into a converter to be smelted into crude bismuth under high temperature conditions.This process obtain refined bismuth with a quality of above IC-Bi 99.99 through the process of air oxidation to remove antimony,smelting to remove copper,zinc to remove silver,chlorine to remove zinc,lead,oxidation refining and other processes.The direct yield of bismuth in this process has reached 65% and the recovery rate of bismuth has reached 95%,which has achieved good economic benefits.
