摘  要:随着技术的不断进步,以及焙烧炉本体和配套设备的不断优化,国内部分大型流态化焙烧炉的生产能力已经超出了设计值。本文针对此情况,对锌精矿大型流态化焙烧炉的合理生产能力进行了分析,并整理了现场生产实践数据,得到如下结论:在焙烧炉配套设备完全满足要求的前提下,在200 m海拔区域,大型焙烧炉的合理生产能力超出原设计值20%以上;在配套设备能力均满足要求的情况下,采用富氧焙烧,可实现产能进一步提升;高海拔地区大型焙烧炉的合理产能会因为空气含氧量的下降而有所下降。With the continuous advancement of technology and the continuous optimization of the roaster body and the supporting equipment,the production capacity of some large-scale fluidized roasters in China has exceeded the design value.In view of this situation,this paper analyzes the reasonable production capacity of the large-scale fluidized roaster of zinc concentrate,and organizes the field production practice data,and obtains the following conclusions.On the premise that the supporting equipment of the roasting furnace fully meets the requirements,the reasonable production capacity of the large-scale roasting furnace exceeds the original design value by more than 20% in the 200 m altitude area;when the supporting equipment capacity meets the requirements,the use of oxygen-rich roasting can achieve further increase production capacity;the reasonable production capacity of large-scale roasters in high-altitude areas will be reduced due to the decrease in the oxygen content of the air.
