摘  要:湿法炼锌直接浸出工艺存在废电解液加热器腐蚀严重的问题,本文创新性地引入电化学保护技术来保护废电解液加热器。在选取合适材料作为工作电极的前提下,采用某厂锌冶炼废电解液进行了试验,实验结果表明该技术可以有效减缓废电解液加热器的腐蚀。随后通过对辅助电极和参比电极的选材,搭建起整个电化学保护系统,方便其工业化应用。此次直接浸出工艺锌电积废电解液换热器电化学保护的实验研究不仅解决了该企业的现存问题,还为化工企业中含高Cl^-、高F^-的稀硫酸溶液的腐蚀问题提供了一个技术方案。The zinc direct leaching process has the problem of serious corrosion of the waste electrolyte heater.This article innovatively introduces electrochemical protection technology to protect the waste electrolyte heater.On the premise of selecting suitable materials as working electrodes,the test was carried out using a zinc hydrometallurgy waste electrolyte in a plant.The experimental results showed that the technology can effectively reduce the corrosion of the waste electrolyte heater.Then,through the material selection of auxiliary electrode and reference electrode,the entire electrochemical protection system was built,which facilitate the industrial application.The experimental study on the electrochemical protection of zinc waste electrolyte heater in the direct leaching process not only solved the existing problems of the enterprise,but also provides a technical direction for the corroded problems of the dilute sulfuric acid solution containing high Cl^- and F^-.
