摘 要:本文通过对现有某项目萃取箱进行CFD模拟计算和等比实验研究,探索不同工况、物性参数对水油两相分离的影响。首先对入口流量影响澄清分离过程进行了CFD模拟计算和等比实验,两者结果相差在11%以内,验证了本文关于萃取分离仿真计算模型的可靠性。随后,又对搅拌强度、相比、萃取处理量、萃取剂黏度对澄清过程的影响进行了模拟仿真研究,通过大量正交仿真实验的数据分析得到两相混合物分散带长度(保证两相充分分离的长度)与处理量、搅拌强度、油相物性和相比的关系式,该选型数学模型已通过某项目萃取车间酸洗涤工段和除杂工段的现场验证。In this study,base on the use of mixer settler in a project,the influence of various working conditions and material properties on the clarification process were carried out by CFD simulation and experimental study to explore the use of mixer settler.Firstly,the simulation model was verified by experiment.The mixture length difference between simulation and experiment results under various inlet volume rate was under 11%.Above the simulation model,the influence of stirring intensity,two-phase ratio,volume rate and extraction viscosity on the clarification process were explored and by data analysis of orthogonality simulation results,a mathematical model was proposed.The mixer length within the mixer-settler could be calculated for different working conditions by this mathematical model,which had been confirmed by the acid washing and removal workshops in a project.
