摘  要:恩施土家女儿城是全国土家族文化集聚地,也是地方民俗文化与旅游产业对接较为成功的案例,对文旅融合的发展实践具有重要的借鉴意义。以恩施土家女儿城为例,从游客旅游体验的角度出发,运用网络文本分析和ASEB栅格分析相结合的方法研究女儿城游客的旅游体验。结果表明:(1)游客旅游体验的高频词汇以特色民俗表演、土家美食、吊脚楼式建筑为核心,女儿城文化旅游项目对游客具有较强的吸引力;(2)游客在女儿城景观开发和基础服务设施层面的体验感较差,整体满意度不高;(3)近年来,游客负面评论增加,有明显的旅游体验满意度下降趋势;(4)女儿城具有土家民俗文化品牌优势和环境优势,但相应的基础服务设施建设制约了游客旅游体验的进一步发展。最后,提出有针对性的旅游体验质量提升的策略建议,为民俗文化旅游目的地的建设和管理提供实践借鉴。Enshi Tujia Daughter City is the cultural gathering place of Tujia nationality,and also a successful case of the docking of local folk culture and tourism,which has an important referential significant for the development and practice of the culture and tourism integration.Taking Enshi Tujia Daughter City as an example,from the perspective of tourists tourism experience,this paper studied the tourists tourism experience of Enshi Tujia Daughter City by combining web text analysis and ASEB grid analysis.The results showed that:first,the high-frequency vocabularies of the tourists experience focused on folk performances,special cuisines and unique stilted buildings,which indicated that cultural tourism project of Enshi Tujia Daughter City boasting strong attraction to tourists.Second,Tourists had a poor sense of experience in landscape and fundamental service facilities,and their overall satisfaction was not high.Third,In recent years,the negative comments from tourists have increased,and the satisfaction of tourism experience has shown an obvious trend of decline.Then,Daughter City has the advantages of Tujia folk culture brand and environment,but the corresponding infrastructure construction restricts further improvement of tourists experience.Finally,This paper putted forward some strategies and suggestions for the improvement of tourism experience quality,which can provide practical reference for the construction and management of folk culture tourism destinations.
