摘 要:根据云南某氧化脉锡矿选厂泥矿性质,开展了锡石浮选工艺回收细粒锡石的工艺技术和药剂制度研究,在泥矿含锡0.546%、铁11.54%、氧化钙38.82%,-10μm占40%的情况下,采用两段分级脱泥、锡石浮选的工艺,锡石浮选高效捕收剂GX-4和辅助捕收剂P86组合药剂制度,获得了锡精矿品位8.15%,作业回收率85.57%的闭路试验指标。小试成果应用于工业生产,替代了原重选工艺流程,取得了与小试吻合的生产指标,为企业创造了较好的经济效益,对同类矿石细粒级锡石回收具有借鉴作用。According to the properties of the slime from an oxidized vein tin concentrator in Yunnan,a study on the process technology and reagent regime for recovering fine cassiterite by flotation has been carried out.When the slime contains 0.546%tin,11.54%Fe,38.82%CaO and 40%of-10μm,the process of two-stage grading desliming and cassiterite flotation is adopted.The high efficient collector GX-4 and auxiliary collector P86 are used in cassiterite flotation tests.Results of the closed circuit tests show that tin concentrate with Sn grade of 8.15%and Sn operation recovery of 85.57%can be obtained.The pilot test results have been applied to industrial production and replaced the original gravity concentration process.The production index is in line with the pilot test and better economic benefits for enterprises can be created by using new process,which has a reference role for the recover of fine cassiterite from similar ores.
