摘  要:为了实现绿色低碳回收铅冶炼渣中的铅,针对湖南某铅冶炼厂废渣进行工艺矿物学分析,提出了采用"磁选+浮选"联合选矿工艺流程,并对回收富集过程中的主要影响因素进行研究。试验结果表明:在磁选磨矿细度-74μm含量占70%、磁场强度为4000kA/m、浮选磨矿细度为-45μm含量占80%时,硫化钠用量1000g/t,丁基黄药用量150g/t,松醇油用量30g/t的条件下,经一段磁选和一粗二精二扫中矿返回"的闭路浮选联合工艺流程,使废渣铅品位从3.35%提高至16.53%、回收率达51.42%。可为固废处理行业从铅冶炼渣中回收铅提供参考。In order to achieve green and low-carbon recovery of lead from lead smelting slag,the process mineralogy analysis of a lead smelter waste residue in Hunan Province was carried out,the combined beneficiation process of"magnetic separation+flotation"was proposed,and the main influencing factors in the recovery and enrichment process were studied.Results indicated that:under the condition of the grinding fineness of 70%passing74μm for magnetic separation,the intensity of magnetic field is 4000 kA/m,and the grinding fineness of-45μm was 80%in flotation process,the amount of sodium sulfide was 1000 g/t,the amount of butyl xanthate was150 g/t,the amount of terpineol was 30 g/t,by the closed circuit flotation flowsheet including one magnetic separation,"one roughing two cleaning and two scavenging,middling return".The lead grade in the waste residue was increased from 3.35%to 16.53%,and the recovery rate was 51.42%.It can provide reference for the solid waste treatment industry to recover lead from lead smelting slag.
