摘  要:以含银铟难处理铅锌硫化矿物为对象,详细地研究了各种硫化矿单矿物的浮选行为。研发了一种低碱浮铅工艺生产流程,使用苯胺黑药与乙硫氮组分作为选铅捕收剂,硫酸锌与亚硫酸钠作调整剂,在矿浆溶液pH值9.5的条件下,实现了铅银矿物与其它硫化矿物的高效分选。X-43活化剂能有效提高锌铟矿物的回收率,现场精选作业使用富集比高的浮选柱代替浮选机,有效提高了铅锌精矿及其伴生银铟的品质。新工艺取得了较好的生产指标:铅精矿含Pb 62.45%,Ag 2930g/t,铅回收率85.86%,银回收率69.07%;锌精矿含Zn 46.78%,In 480g/t,锌回收率达到90.06%,铟回收率71.32%。This study is based on the associated silver-indium refractory lead-zinc sulfide minerals,the flotation behavior of each sulfide mineral was studied in detail.A low alkaline lead flotation process was developed,aniline aerofloat and ethyl thiocarbamate were used as lead collectors,zinc sulphate and sodium sulfite were applied as inhibitors,efficient separation of lead-silver mineral from other sulfide minerals was achieved at a pulp pH of 9.5.X-43 activator can effectively improve the recovery of zinc-indium minerals.In the production practice,the flotation column with high enrichment ratio was used to replace the flotation machine,which effectively improved the quality of lead-zinc concentrates and their associated silver and indium.The field production indexes of the new process were:lead concentrate contained 62.45%Pb and2930 g/t Ag,the recovery of lead and silver was 85.86%and 69.07%respectively;zinc concentrate contained 46.78%Zn,480 g/t In,with the recovery of 90.06%Zn and 71.32%Zn.
