摘 要:云南曲靖某氧化铅锌矿石含铅6.65%、含锌14.44%,铅锌氧化率均高于97%,采用不脱泥,硫化-黄药法优先选氧化铅,硫化-新型胺类捕收剂KM301再选氧化锌的原则工艺流程,闭路试验可获得铅精矿铅品位65.01%、含锌5.88%、铅回收率88.59%,其中矿泥(-20μm)铅品位51.92%、铅回收率10.80%;锌精矿锌品位38.91%、含铅1.24%、锌回收率91.23%,其中矿泥(-20μm)锌品位32.59%、锌回收率12.35%的试验指标。An oxidized lead-zinc ore from Qujing in Yunnan contains 6.65%Pb,14.44%Zn and the oxidation ratio of lead and zinc is higher than 97%.The principle technological process is that lead oxide is first separated by sulfurization-xanthate method without desliming,then zinc oxide is separated by sulfurization-new type amine collector KM301.The closed-circuit experiment obtained lead concentrate with Pb-grade of 65.01%,Zn content of 5.88%and Pb-recovery of 88.59%,of which the slime with Pb-grade is 51.92%and Pb-recovery is 10.80%;Zinc concentrate with Zn-grade of 38.91%,containing lead1.24%,zinc recovery of 91.23%,of which slime(-20μm)zinc-grade is 32.59%,zinc-recovery is12.35%.
