电针联合重楼膏外敷治疗带状疱疹疼痛的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察电针联合重楼膏外敷治疗带状疱疹疼痛的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的90例急性带状疱疹患者,随机分为两组各45例,对照组予西药抗病毒、止痛及营养神经治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予电针配合重楼膏外敷,7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。两组均在治疗前、治疗14 d行临床症状评分,并测定血清CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平,治疗后比较两组临床疗效和安全性。结果1)临床疗效比较:治疗组显效率和总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)临床症状积分比较:治疗组治疗后比治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后相比具有显著差异(P<0.01)。3)T淋巴细胞比较:与治疗前相比,治疗组的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+表达水平升高(P<0.05),CD8+表达水平降低(P<0.05),并与同期对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论电针联合重楼膏外敷治疗带状疱疹疼痛,其止痛效果与安全性良好,其机制可能与提高T淋巴细胞表达相关。Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with Chonglou Ointment on herpes zoster pain.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each.The control group was treated with Western medicine for antiviral,analgesic and nutritional nerve.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture and Chonglou Ointment on that basis,7 days as a course,for two consecutive courses.The clinical symptoms of the two groups were scored before treatment and 14 days after treatment,and the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were detected.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the score of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),which was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.01).The cure rate and effective rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the expression of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the treatment group increased(P<0.05),and the expression of CD8+decreased(P<0.05),which was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with Chonglou Ointment has a good analgesic effect,efficacy and safety,and its mechanism may be related to the increase of T-lymphocyte expression.
