补肾活血法治疗创伤性股骨头坏死的理论探析

摘　　要：本文以中医"肾主骨生髓""痹证有瘀血"理论为依据,探究补肾活血法在创伤性股骨头坏死治疗中的积极作用。笔者以"骨病当补肾""痹痛当活血"的理论为治疗指导思想,结合相关临床表现,认为创伤性股骨头坏死当"补肾活血",肾精足则筋骨坚,气血行则经络自通。"肾虚"是创伤性股骨头坏死发病的内因,"瘀血"是致病重要外在因素,肾精是营养骨质的精微物质,经络为气血运行的通道,股骨头正常生理功能的发挥需要依靠肾精充足及脉道通利,因此治疗创伤性股骨头坏死需用补肾活血法,从"虚"与"瘀"两方面进行探析,并从现代医学角度,进一步证实此法在创伤性股骨头坏死治疗中的应用及可行性。Based on the theory of"kidney dominates bone and marrow"and"Bi syndrome has blood stasis",this paper explores the positive role of Bushen Huoxue Method in the treatment of traumatic femoral head necrosis.Based on the theory of"bone disease should be tonifying the kidney"and"arthralgia should be promoting blood circulation"theory,combined with the relevant clinical manifestations,the author thinks that traumatic necrosis of the femoral head should be"tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation",for enough kidney essence can strengthen the muscles and bones,and the circulation of Qi and blood can promote the channels and collaterals."Kidney deficiency"is the internal cause of traumatic necrosis of the femoral head;"blood stasis"is an important external factor;kidney essence is the essence of bone nutrition,and meridians are the channels of Qi and blood circulation.The normal physiological function of the femoral head depends on sufficient kidney essence and smooth channels.Therefore,the treatment of traumatic necrosis of the femoral head needs the method of Tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation.This paper analyzes the"deficiency"and"blood stasis",and further confirms the application and feasibility of this method on traumatic femoral head necrosis from the perspective of modern medicine.
