基于精准正骨推拿理念侧卧定点踩跷法治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的临床思考

摘　　要：急性腰椎间盘突出症一直是中医正骨界的难点之一。本文通信作者吴山教授基于精准正骨推拿这一理念,指导急性腰椎间盘突出症精准诊治,疗效显著。笔者在这一理念的指导下分析侧卧定点踩跷法治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的治疗思路,并做相关临床思考。Acute protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc has always been a difficult problem in TCM massage therapy.Professor Wu Shan,correspondence author,guided the accurate diagnosis and treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation,and the curative effect was remarkable,based on the concept of accurate bone-setting massage.Under the guidance of it,this paper analyzes the treatment ideas of stepping lumbus of fixed-point in treating lumbar interverbral disc herniation and makes relevant clinical thinking.
