定喘汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察定喘汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法选择89例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用定喘汤加减治疗,对比两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)及血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、呼吸困难评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组呼吸困难分级评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PaO2水平高于对照组,而PaCO2水平低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论定喘汤加减可有效改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的中医证候评分,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Dingchuan Decoction on acute exacerbation of COPD.Methods:89 patients were divided into the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=44).The control group was given routine Western medicine treatment.The observation group was treated with Dingchuan Decoction on that basis.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,PaO2 and PaCO2,dyspnea score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);TCM symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);PaO2 level in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,while PaCO2 level was lower in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions:Dingchuan Decoction can effectively improve TCM syndrome scores of the patients with acute exacerbation of COPD and improve the curative effect.
