工业品进口贸易对我国废水的减排效应研究

摘　　要：运用投入产出模型与工业细分行业数据,测算了2012年和2015年我国工业品进口贸易活动对国内工业废水的减排强度与减排量;同时,运用LMDI因素分解方法,分析了我国工业品进口贸易的规模变化、结构变化与废水减排强度变化对国内废水减排量的影响。研究结果显示:(1)2012年和2015年我国工业品进口贸易分别使同期国内工业废水的排放量降低了15%与14%;(2)我国工业品进口贸易的规模缩小与废水减排强度降低减少了进口贸易对国内废水的减排量,工业品进口贸易结构变化提升了进口贸易对国内废水的减排能力。This paper uses the input-output model and industrial segmentation data to calculate the effects of China’s import of industrial products on the emissions reduction intensity and amount of domestic industrial wastewater in 2012 and 2015.At the same time,the LMDI factor decomposition method is used to analyze the impacts of scale change,structural change and the reduction intensity of wastewater emissions on the amount of domestic wastewater emissions.The research results show that:(1)China’s industrial product imports have reduced the domestic industrial wastewater emissions by 15%and 14%respectively in 2012 and 2015;(2)The scale reduction of China’s industrial product imports and the reduction of wastewater emission reduction intensity have reduced the emissions reduction amount,and the structural change of industrial product imports has improved the ability of imports to reduce China’s domestic wastewater emissions.
