摘　　要：市场风险作为稀土企业运营的首要考虑因素,能否在危机之前准确地预警,对有效防控稀土企业市场风险发挥至关重要的作用。通过对稀土企业市场形势进行分析,结合我国稀土企业较为典型的市场风险特征,建立稀土企业市场风险预警指标体系。选取2015—2017年我国重点稀土企业相关指标作为样本数据,运用因子分析法和聚类分析法构建稀土企业市场风险预警模型和预警标准,实证分析得出:目前我国稀土企业总体面临较为严重的市场风险,预警区间主要集中在中警和重警区域,为我国大中型稀土企业识别和防范市场风险提供参考依据。As the primary consideration of rare earth enterprise in operation,it plays a vital role whether the market risks can be accurately warned before the crisis,to effectively prevent and control them.Based on the analysis of the current market situation of rare earth enterprises and the typical market risk characteristics of them in China,this paper established a market risk early warning indicators system for them.Selecting relevant indicators of key enterprises in China from 2015 to 2017 as sample data,this paper further employed factor analysis and cluster analysis to construct early warning model of market risks and early warning standard of such enterprises.Through empirical analysis,it is concluded that the rare earth enterprises in China are generally facing more serious market risks,mainly mid-warning,further providing reference for identifying and preventing market risks for large and medium-sized enterprises.
