黔西南州易地扶贫搬迁移民就业保障研究

摘　　要：易地扶贫搬迁是黔西南州重要的扶贫模式之一,要使搬迁移民“搬得出、稳得住、快融入、能发展”,搬迁后的就业保障尤其关键。基于就业保障视角,通过实地调研方法,从基本就业情况和就业保障两大层面分析当前黔西南州易地扶贫搬迁移民的就业保障现状并深入分析所面临的困境,发现当前搬迁移民主要面临就业政策、就业机会、就业培训和就业服务等就业保障困境,在以上分析基础上提出了相应的对策建议。“Anti-Poverty by Relocation”is one important mode of poverty reducation in Qianxi'nan Prefecture.The employment guarantee after relocation is especially crucial to make the relocated people"moving out,staying steady,integrating quickly and becoming rich".Based on the perspective of employment security,this paper analyzes the current employment security situation of relocated migrants in Qianxi'nan prefecture from two aspects of employment situation and employment security through field research method,and further analyzes faced difficulties.It is found that the relocated poor are mainly facing employment security dilemmas such as imperfect employment policy,few opportunity for employment,lake of employment training and few employment services.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward base on the above analysis.
