摘　　要：目的探讨耳鼻喉专科手术室护理人员血源性职业暴露的危险因素及其防护对策。方法选取2017年2月至2018年12月耳鼻喉专科手术室护理人员60名作为研究对象,调查记录护理人员发生血源性职业暴露等不良事件概率,通过单因素分析和多因素logistic回归分析影响耳鼻喉专科手术室护理人员血源性职业暴露的危险因素,并制订针对性的防护措施。结果调查发现,60名耳鼻喉专科手术室护理人员中,52例有血源性职业暴露史,发生率86.67%;单因素和多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,文化水平、职称、医院对职业防护重视度、接受职业防护教育、职业暴露了解度是影响耳鼻喉专科手术室护理人员血源性职业暴露发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论影响耳鼻喉专科手术室护理人员血源性职业暴露的危险因素多且复杂,医院应提高护理人员职业防护重视度,加强职业防护教育,制定针对性防护措施,保证护士执业安全。Objective To explore the risk factors of blood-borne occupational exposure of nursing staff in ear-nose-throat(ENT)specialist operating rooms and their protective countermeasures.Methods We selected 60 nursing staff in the ENT specialist operating room from February 2017 to December 2018 as the study objects,and the probability of adverse events such as blood-borne occupational exposure among nursing staff was investigated and recorded.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to determine the risk factors that affected blood-borne occupational exposure of nursing staff in ENT specialist operating rooms,and develop targeted protective measures.Results The investigation found that 52 of the 60 nursing staff in the ENT specialist operating room had a history of blood-borne occupational exposure,with an incidence rate of 86.67%.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the education level,professional titles,the emphasis on occupational protection from hospital,the acceptance of occupational protection education,and the knowledge of occupational exposure were the independent risk factors that affected the occurrence of blood-borne occupational exposure of nursing staff in the ENT specialist operating room(P<0.05).Conclusion There were many and complex risk factors affecting the blood-borne occupational exposure of nursing staff in ENT specialist operating rooms.The hospital should increase the importance of nurses'occupational protection,strengthen occupational protection education,formulate targeted protective measures to ensure nurses'practice safety.
