摘 要:目的探讨不同心脏远程实时监护技术对心肌缺血患者护理的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的88例心肌缺血患者为研究对象,采用心脏远程实时监护技术进行实时监护,另采用24 h动态心电图监测,比较不同监测手段的心肌缺血检出率,并据此完善护理措施。结果心脏远程实时监护和24 h动态心电图均未监测出室性心动过速;在窦性心动过速、窦性心动过缓、房性期前收缩、室性期前收缩方面,心脏远程实时监护的检出例数均高于24 h动态心电图监测;心脏远程实时监护心律失常和ST-T改变例数均高于24 h动态心电图监测(P<0.05);佩戴心脏远程实时监护仪的时间越久,心肌缺血的检出率越高。结论心脏远程实时监护技术对心肌缺血有良好的临床应用价值,其心肌缺血检出率较高。医院心脏远程监护中心人员应详细准确的记录患者联系方式,指导其正确佩戴及使用监护仪,24 h时刻监测心电图的动态变化,发现心电信息异常时,应及时打电话指导患者开展处理措施,以降低心肌缺血的致残率和病死率。Objective To explore the clinical application value of different cardiac remote real-time monitoring technologies in nursing care of patients with myocardial ischemia.Methods To select 88 cases of patients with myocardial ischemia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 as the study objects.The heart remote real-time monitoring technology was used for real-time monitoring,and 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram(ECG)monitoring was used to compare the detection rate of myocardial ischemia by different monitoring methods,and improve nursing measures accordingly.Results The heart remote real-time monitoring and 24-hour dynamic ECG did not detect ventricular tachycardia.In terms of sinus tachycardia,sinus bradycardia,atrial premature contraction,and ventricular premature contraction,the number of cases detected by the heart remote real-time monitoring was higher than that of 24-hour dynamic ECG monitoring.The number of cases of arrhythmia and ST-T changes detected by cardiac remote real-time monitoring were higher than those of 24-hour dynamic ECG monitoring(P<0.05).The longer you wore the remote real-time heart monitor,the higher the detection rate of the myocardial ischemia.Conclusion Heart remote real-time monitoring technology had good clinical application value for myocardial ischemia,and the detection rate of myocardial ischemia was high.The personnel of the cardiac remote monitoring center in the hospital should record the patient's contact information in detail and accurately,guide them to wear and use the monitor correctly,monitor the dynamic changes of the ECG 24 hours a day,and call the patient to guide the patient to take measures when the ECG information was found to be abnormal to reduce the morbidity and mortality of myocardial ischemia.
