摘　　要：目的探讨多感官促醒护理干预在动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑性昏迷患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年8月在我院神经外科治疗的动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑性昏迷患者84例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用脑性昏迷常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用多感官促醒护理干预,两组均连续干预3个月,比较两组干预前后格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、脑功能障碍评分(DRS)及苏醒情况。结果观察组苏醒总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组GCS评分高于对照组,DRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑性昏迷患者采用多感官促醒护理干预,能提高苏醒意识,促进脑功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of multi-sensory awakening nursing intervention in patients with cerebral coma after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods To select 84 cases of patients with cerebral coma after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine care for cerebral coma,and the observation group was treated with multi-sensory awakening nursing intervention on the basis of routine care.After both groups were intervened continuously for 3 months,and the Glasgow coma scale(GCS),disability rating scale(DRS)scores and awakening situation of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results The total effective rate of awakening in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The GCS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the DRS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with cerebral coma after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage can use multi-sensory awakening nursing intervention,which can improve the consciousness of recovery and promote the recovery of brain function.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
