基于沙盘游戏的心理干预对高龄产妇负性情绪及护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于沙盘游戏的心理干预对高龄产妇负性情绪及护理质量的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年10月收治的96例高龄产妇为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规心理护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于沙盘游戏的心理干预,两组共干预4周。比较两组干预后的焦虑与抑郁情绪、治疗依从性和护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组SDS评分、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性、护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于沙盘游戏的心理干预有助于缓解高龄产妇焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高治疗依从性与护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention based on sand table games on negative emotions and nursing quality of senile parturients.Methods To select 96 cases of elderly parturients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine psychological care,the observation group was given psychological intervention of the sand table games based on the control group,and the two groups had a total of 4 weeks of intervention.The anxiety and depression,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological intervention based on sand table games can help relieve the anxiety and depression of elderly parturients,and improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
