Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the prevention of acute pressure injury in patients undergoing extracorporeal circulation surgery. Methods We selected 80 cases of patients undergoing extracorporeal circulation surgery in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group was given perioperative routine care, and the observation group adopted evidence-based prevention. The Munro score, skin moist score, incidence of pressure injury and area of pressure injury were compared between the two groups at the end of the operation. Results At the end of the operation, the Munro score and skin moist score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative acute pressure injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based preventive care can effectively reduce the risk of acute pressure injury during extracorporeal circulation surgery, improve skin moist, and had a better preventive effect on intraoperative acute pressure injury.
