摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺手术前应用FOCUS-PDCA干预的效果。方法选取2016年6月至2019年10月在我院行甲状腺手术患者70例为研究对象,按照随机对照的原则将其等分为对照组和试验组,对照组实施常规术前干预联合体位训练,试验组在此基础上实施FOCUS-PDCA干预,比较两组术前准备缺陷率、手术延误率及术中不良反应发生率。结果试验组术前准备缺陷率、手术延误率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组头晕、恶心、呕吐、头痛等不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺手术前应用FOCUS-PDCA干预,对完善术前准备、减少手术体位综合征发生、保证手术顺利进行起到至关重要的作用。Objective To explore the effect of FOCUS-PDCA intervention before thyroid surgery.Methods To select 70 cases of patients who underwent thyroid surgery in our hospital from June 2016 to October 2019 as the study objects.According to the principle of randomized control,they were divided into a control group and a test group.The control group performed conventional preoperative intervention combined with posture training,and the test group implemented FOCUS-PDCA intervention on this basis to compare the preoperative preparation defect rate,surgical delay rate and the incidence rate of intraoperative adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The preoperative preparation defect rate and surgical delay rate in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions such as dizziness,nausea,vomiting and headache in the test group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of FOCUS-PDCA intervention before thyroid surgery played a vital role in perfecting preoperative preparation,reducing the occurrence of surgical postural syndrome,and ensuring the smooth progress of the operation.
