摘　　要：目的探讨基于护理质量数据平台的护理质量评价体系构建,并评析其应用效果。方法对2018年1月至2019年10月在我院住院治疗的71882例患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究,其中,2018年1—12月收治的41250例患者为实施前,2019年1—10月接治的30632例患者为实施后。收集对比分析基于数据支持平台的护理质量评价体系实施前后护理不良事件发生情况、护理质量评分。结果实施前护理不良事件发生率为0.81%,实施后为0.80%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。通过评测,实施后各个科室护理质量评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于护理质量数据平台构建护理质量评价体系,有助于提高护理评价效果,促进护理质量改善。Objective To explore the construct a nursing quality evaluation system based on a nursing quality data platform,and to evaluate its application effects.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of 71,882 cases of patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019.Among them,41,250 cases of patients admitted from January to December 2018 were set before the implementation,and the 30,632 cases of patients treated from January to October 2019 were set after implementation.The nursing adverse events and nursing quality scores based on the nursing quality evaluation system of the data support platform were collected and conducted a contrastive analysis before and after the implementation.Results The incidence rate of adverse events in nursing before implementation was 0.81%,and it was 0.80%after implementation,and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Through evaluation,the nursing quality scores of each department after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Constructing a nursing quality evaluative system based on a nursing quality data platform was helpful to improve the effect of nursing evaluation and promote the improvement of nursing quality.
