自控镇痛泵针对性护理在晚期胃癌患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨加强自控镇痛泵针对性护理在晚期胃癌患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年7月至2019年6月我科60例晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法等分为对照组与观察组,两组均采用自控镇痛泵,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予自控镇痛泵针对性护理。比较两组患者癌因性疼痛评分、癌因性疲乏评分、心理状态评分、生活质量评分及不良反应发生率。结果干预后,观察组的癌因性疼痛、癌因性疲乏评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论自控镇痛泵针对性护理可有效减轻晚期胃癌患者的癌痛及疲乏症状,有利于改善其心理状态,提升其生活质量,还可减少不良反应。Objective To explore the application effect of strengthening the targeted nursing of self-controlled analgesic pump on patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods To select 60 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer in our department from July 2018 to June 2019 as the study objects,and according to the random number table method,they were equally divided into a control group and an observation group.Both groups used self-controlled analgesic pumps,and the control group received routine nursing,the observation group was given targeted nursing of self-controlled analgesic pump based on routine nursing.The cancer-related pain score,cancer-related fatigue score,psychological status score,quality of life score and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the cancer-related pain and cancer-related fatigue scores in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing of self-controlled analgesic pump can effectively reduce the cancer-related pain and fatigue symptoms of patients with advanced gastric cancer,help improve their psychological status,improve their quality of life,and reduce adverse reactions.
