摘　　要：以两个实际建成工业项目为案例,探索新科技时代如何合理运用建筑造价,营造工业建筑新形态,组织生产流线、整合公共资源,使之形成新颖、现代、代表企业新形象的工业建筑群体。In this paper,we use two industrial architectural projects as examples,explore a number of important issues:how to create new design insight of industrial architecture,how to structure construction flow,how to leverage shared resource,how to deliver industrial architectural clusters that are refreshing,modern and representative of enterprise's brand and image,while minimize cost and maximize return of investment.
