摘　　要：装配式建筑体系在澳大利亚发展至今已有上百年的历史,基于此,通过对现有文献和相关报告的查阅,综述了装配式施工技术在澳大利亚的发展史、现状以及优势,并对澳大利亚超高层模块化装配式大楼La Trobe Tower展开了较为详细的案例分析,结合装配式施工技术在福建省目前发展情况,提出今后改革的思路。The prefabricated building system has been developed in Australia for hundreds of years.Based on the literature and relevant reports,this article comprehensively summarizes the history,current state,and advantages of prefabrication in Australia.Also,a detailed case study of La Trobe Tower,one of the tallest modularized buildings in Australia,is presented.Combining the status quo of prefabrication in Fujian province,this article puts forward ideas for future development of prefabricated buildings in the local construction industry.
