摘 要:某超限高层商住楼项目为提高整体结构的侧移刚度,按"有限刚度"原则设置水平伸臂加强层及周边环带构件加强层,以控制结构位移角为主要控制指标,比较不同位置、数量、类型的水平加强层对结构的作用,选择出相对最适合该工程的结构加强层设计方案。比选结果表明:在高层框筒结构中利用避难层及设备层设置结构加强层,能进一步发挥周边框架柱的轴向刚度作用,有效提高整个结构的抗侧刚度;在设置结构加强层时,必须予以专门的计算分析,并采用有效的加强措施。In order to improve the lateral stiffness of the overall structure of a super high-rise commercial and residential building project,the horizontal outrigger reinforcement layer and the peripheral ring belt component reinforcement layer are set according to the principle of"limited stiffness".Taking the displacement angle of the control structure as the main control index,the paper compares the effect of different position,quantity and type of horizontal reinforcement layer on the structure,selects the design scheme of the structural reinforcement layer which is most suitable for the project,and provides certain reference for the structural design of similar projects.The results show that the lateral stiffness of the whole structure can be effectively improved by setting the structural strengthening layer in the high-rise frame tube structure.Special structural calculation and analysis must be carried out and effective strengthening measures should be adopted when setting the structural strengthening layer.
