摘 要:根据国家标准《建筑设计防火规范》GB50016-2014(2018年版)中对消防水泵房防水淹技术措施的规定,分析了消防水池进水管控制阀失效、消防泵房内压力管道爆管泄露、室外雨水的倒灌等可能引起消防水泵房水淹的原因。并提出了在进水液位水力控制阀前装设电动阀,提高其可靠性,泵房排水设施的排水能力按水池溢流量确定、泵房内压力管道采用法兰连接、合理选取消防水泵房位置、重视泵房外部汇水的截流和排除能力等防范措施,达到降低水泵房水淹的风险。According to provisions on measures to prevent flooding in fire pump houses from the national“Code for fire protection design of buildings”GB50016-2014(2018)this paper analyzes the possible causes of flooding in fire pump houses,such as valve failure in controlling water inlet of the fire pool,leakage of the pressure pipe in fire pump houses,and backflow of outdoor rainwater.It is also proposed in the paper that multiple preventive measures should be carried out to reduce the risk of flooding in pump houses,such as installing an electric valve in front of water level hydraulic control valve to improve its reliability,measuring the drainage capacity of drainage facilities in pump houses according to the overflow of water pool,using flange connection for pressure pipeline in pump houses,identifying the most suitable location for fire pump houses,paying attention to the interception and drainage capacity of the catchment outside pump houses.
