摘 要:由于扁挤压筒自身结构的不对称、挤压过程中承受交变高压、高温及其引起的疲劳、蠕变以及死区的影响,严重影响使用寿命。综述了目前扁挤压筒的优化方法、新结构及具有优良性能的热作模具钢,达到降低其应力峰值、改善其应力分布从而提高使用寿命的目的。阐述了疲劳、蠕变作用对衬套间过盈量的影响,由于交变高压、高温的作用,使得疲劳、蠕变作用减小了扁挤压筒衬套间的过盈量,降低了扁挤压筒的使用寿命。分析了死区大小对挤压过程中摩擦力及挤压力大小的影响机理,挤压过程中死区越大,致使摩擦力、挤压力越大,扁挤压筒的负荷越大,从而会加速扁挤压筒的失效。最后从扁挤压筒设计原则和研究方向上总结出提高扁挤压筒使用寿命的措施,为扁挤压筒优化设计提供参考。Due to the asymmetry of the flat extrusion container’s own structure,the impact of alternating high pressure,high temperature and the fatigue,creep and dead zone caused by the extrusion process,it seriously affects the service life.The current optimization methods,new structures and excellent performance of hot work die steels for flat extrusion containers are reviewed to achieve the purpose of reducing the peak stress,improving the stress distribution and increasing the service life.The effect of fatigue and creep on the interference between the bushings is explained.Due to the alternating high pressure and high temperature,the fatigue and creep effects reduce the interference between the flat extrusion container bushings and reduce the flat extrusion service life of the container.The influence mechanism of the size of the dead zone on the friction and extrusion force in the extrusion process is analyzed.The larger the dead zone during the extrusion process,the greater the friction and extrusion force,and the greater the load of the flat extrusion container will accelerate the failure of the flat extrusion container.Finally,some measures to improve the service life of the flat extrusion container are summarized from the design principles and research directions of the flat extrusion container,which pave the way to optimize the flat extrusion container.
