摘　　要：针对新开发设计铝板包装机组的工艺需求,通过分析机组技术参数和统计木托盘规格尺寸的规律,对重要部件进行了机构分析和受力计算,开发设计出一种具有输送成品铝板垛和顶升功能的顶升缓冲输送链。在升降架上设置固定桩和活动桩,两列固定桩分布在中间,四列活动桩对称分布在两侧,活动桩可自动摆起。分析证明此设备结构合理可行,强度刚度足够。工程实践表明此设备安装方便、操作简单、运行可靠、不会对铝板垛产生划伤,能满足机组工艺要求,对铝板包装机组的国产化及其设计开发提供参考。For new develop and design process requirements of aluminum packaging unit,this paper analyzes the technical parameters of the unit and statistical law of wood pallet size,mechanism analysis and force calculation of important parts are carried out.It develops and designs a jacking buffer conveyor chain which has the function of conveying finished aluminum sheet pile and jack-up.Fixed piles and movable piles are set on the lifting frame,two rows of fixed piles are distributed in the middle,four rows of movable piles are distributed symmetrically on both sides,and the movable piles can be raised automatically.Analysis shows that the structure of the equipment is reasonable and feasible,and the strength and stiffness of the equipment are sufficient.The equipmentis applied to practical engineering,it is easy to install and easy to operate,reliable operation,and no scratches are generated to the aluminum stack,which can meet the process requirements of the unit,it provides reference for the localization and design of aluminum plate packaging unit.
