摘 要:本文通过观察研究不同钢种热轧带钢的边部组织形貌,研究带钢边部翘皮缺陷的发生与带钢边部组织之间的关系,探索不同钢种边部组织的差异。结果表明低碳软钢系列产品边部组织多为粗晶组织,而超低碳钢及P强化钢边部为未回复再结晶的纤维状组织,正是这种组织上的差异造成了超低碳钢的翘皮发生率远高于低碳软钢。本文采取优化温度工艺,提高带钢整体温度,投用边部加热器,优化侧压机孔型等措施,实践结果表明有效降低了翘皮发生率。In this paper,the edge microstructure of hot-rolled strip with different steel grades was observed and studied,which used to understand relationship between the occurrence of edge warping defect and the edge microstructure of strip steel,and to explore the difference of edge microstructure of different steel grades.The results show that the edge structure of low-carbon mild steel is coarse-grained structure,while the edge of ultra-low carbon steel and P-strengthened steel is fibrous structure without recovery and recrystallization.It is this difference in microstructure that causes the skin warping rate of ultra-low carbon steel is much higher than that of low-carbon soft steel.In this paper,measures such as optimizing the temperature process,increasing the overall temperature of the strip steel,putting the edge heater into use and optimizing the pass of the side press are adopted.The practice results show that the incidence of skin warping is effectively reduced.
