摘  要:水压机的控制精度较差,普遍存在操作方式落后、产品尺寸精度难以控制、产品成品率低、设备故障率高、能耗高及系统泄漏严重等问题。对老旧水压机主机、液压和控制系统进行现代化改造和升级,将水压机改造成油压机,全面提升压机性能,提高生产效率,降低维护维修成本和能耗,成为诸多水压机使用厂家的迫切需求。介绍了水压机改油压机技术的优点和发展现状,重点叙述了水压机改油压机的关键技术。通过水改油工程实践表明:将老旧水压机改造升级成为油压机,能全面提升设备性能,提高生产效率;并可应用新的功能和工艺,有利于提升产品质量和开发新产品;同时,节能降耗效果明显,经济效益显著。The control accuracy of water hydraulic press is poor,and there are many problems,such as backward operation mode,difficult to control product size accuracy,low product yield,high equipment failure rate,high energy consumption,and serious system leakage.It has become an urgent need for many users to modernize and upgrade the main machine,hydraulic system and control system of the old water hydraulic press,transform the water hydraulic press into an oil hydraulic press,comprehensively improve the performance of the press,improve production efficiency,reduce maintenance costs and energy consumption.This paper introduces the advantages and development status of the technology of replacing hydraulic press with oil press,and focuses on the keytechniquesofupgrading hydraulic pressfromwater-driventooil-driven.The practice of water to oil project shows that upgrading the old water hydraulic press to oil hydraulic press can improve the performance and production efficiency,and new functions and processes can be applied to improve product quality and develop new products;meanwhile,the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is obvious and the economic benefit is remarkable.
