摘  要:近年出现的高附加值钢种,如薄带钢、多相钢和厚规格高强钢的热轧平整需求,对热轧平整机组卷取机卷筒的性能提出了更高要求。针对某2250热轧平整机组卷取机卷筒在对不断变化的新钢种进行卷取时存在的问题,对卷筒的结构进行分析并提出了改造设计方案。利用现有卷筒的主体结构,在主轴上增加油路,将原来的机械钳口设计成液压钳口,并对液压钳口的夹紧力进行计算。结果表明,液压钳口可以满足厚规格高强带钢的大张力卷取,改造后的卷筒在使用方便性和工作可靠性方面得到明显改善。In recent years,high value-added steel,such as thin strip,multi-phase steel and thick high-strength steel,is required for hot rolling leveling,which puts forward higher requirements for the performance of coiler mandrel of hot rolling skin pass mill.In view of the problems existing in the coiler mandrel of a 2250 hot rolling skin pass mill when coiling the constantly changing new steels,this paper analyzes the structure of the coiler mandrel and puts forward the transformation design scheme.Using the main structure of the existing mandrel,adding oil circuit on the main shaft,the original mechanical jaw is designed as a hydraulic jaw,and the clamping force of the hydraulic jaw is calculated.The results show that the hydraulic jaw can meet the requirements of high tension coiling of thick high-strength steel strip,and the improved mandrel has obvious improved in the convenience of use and working reliability.
