多团队协作干预方案在腹腔镜下肾部分切除术后患者早期活动中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:评价多团队协作干预方案在腹腔镜下肾部分切除术后患者早期活动中的应用效果。方法:选择浙江大学医学院附属第一医院泌尿外科腹腔镜肾部分切除术患者100例,2017年6月至2018年5月行腹腔镜肾部分切除手术患者50例为对照组;2018年6月至2019年5月行腹腔镜肾部分切除手术患者50例为观察组。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用多团队协作干预方案管理术后早期活动。比较两组患者在术后住院、下床活动、引流管拔除时间、导尿管拔除时间、进食时间等指标的差异。结果:两组在术后住院、下床活动、引流管拔除时间、导尿管拔除时间、进食时间方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:多团队协作干预方案能促进腹腔镜肾部分切除术后患者早期康复。Objective:To investigate the effect of multi-team intervention in early postoperative activities of patients with laparoscopic nephrectomy.Methods:A total of 100 patients with laparoscopic nephrectomy in the urology ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine were selected,of which 50 patients who underwent laparoscopic nephrec tomy from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the control group;The other 50 patients who underwent laparoscopic renal resection from June 2018 to May 2019.were selected as the observation group.In the control group,patients were treated with routine nursing measures,while in the observation group,patients were treated with multi-team intervention.The diflerences between the two groups were compared in the parameters of postoperative hospitalization,deactivation,drainage tube withdrawal,catheter withdrawal,feeding time,etc..Results:There were significant diflerences on the above parameters between the control group and the observation group(P<0.01)Conclusions:Multi-team collaborative intervention can promote the early recovery of patients with laparoscopic nephrectomy in the early postoperative activities.
