压缩货车专用线停时的方案探讨

摘　　要：压缩货车在企业专用线停时,一方面可督促企业提高货车作业效率,增加货车利用率,另一方面可减少货车延期占用费,降低企业生产成本。本文以西安局西平线小庄专用线为例,分析影响货车在企业专用线停时的各种因素,通过提高配空车品质、优化分界口方案、强化专用线人才培训、控制装车去向等方法压缩货车停时,实现地方企业和国铁集团运输生产合作共赢。Compressing trucks stop time on the company's dedicated lines can urge companies to improve truck operation efficiency and increase truck utilization on the one hand,and on the other hand can reduce truck delayed occupancy fees and reduce enterprise production costs.This paper takes the Xiaozhuang special line of Xi'an Bureau Xiping Line as an example,analyzes various factors that affect trucks stopping on the enterprise special line,and reduces the stopping time of trucks through the methods of improving the quality of empty vehicles,optimizing the demarcation plan,strengthening special line personnel training,and controlling the destination of loading to realize a win-win cooperation between local enterprises and China National Railway Group in transportation and production.
