摘  要:目的:根据云南某三甲医院2012-2019年期间1374名在职医生、技师、药师SCI论文产出情况,分析影响其产出的主要因素,为进一步提升本院学科建设和科研管理水平提供参考依据。方法:以该院人事系统人员数据和科研科统计的以该院为第一署名单位,该院在职职工为第一作者或通讯作者所产出的SCI论文为基础,分析数据。结果:①单因素分析:不同性别(x^2=4.868,P=0.027)、年龄(x^2=22.605,P<0.001)、学历(x^2=262.018,P<0.001)、职称(x^2=72.349,P<0.001)、编制情况(x^2=32.706,P<0.001)、到院工作时长(x2=10.066,P=0.039)、是否有国自然立项(x^2=201.714,P<0.001)组的P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,SCI论文发表情况不全相同。其中男性,40-49岁人群、博士、正高级职称、编制内人群、到院工作16-20年人群、有国家自然科学基金项目立项人群SCI论文产出率为组内最高。②多因素分析:学历为SCI论文产出的危险因素,表现为具有博士学历职工产出SCI论文约为本科、硕士学历职工的2.61倍及2.23倍,即认为学历越高,SCI论文产出情况越好。职称为SCI论文产出的危险因素,表现为具有正高级职称的职工SCI论文产出分别为初级、中级、副高级职称职工的2.37倍、1.66倍及0.46倍,即认为职称越高,SCI论文产出情况越好。结论:应重点加强对高学历高职称人群产出SCI论文的管理,其他人群应侧重培养科研思维,注重前期科研基础的积累,为今后发展打好基础。Objective:according to the output of SCI papers of 1374 doctors,technicians and pharmacists in a top three hospital in Yunnan Province from 2012 to 2019,to analyze the main factors affecting the output,and to provide reference for further improving the discipline construction and scientific research management level of the hospital.Methods:Based on the personnel data of the personnel system and the SCI papers produced by the scientific research department of the Institute with the Institute as the first signature unit and the staff as the first author or corresponding author,the data were analyzed.Results:①single factor analysis:gender(x^2=4.868,P=0.027),age(x^2=22.605,P<0.001),education background(x^2=262.018,P<0.001),professional title(x^2=72.349,P<0.001),establishment(x^2=32.706,P<0.001),length of working in hospital(x^2=10.066,P=0.039),whether there is a national natural project(x^2=201.714,P<0.001)group P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the publication of SCI papers was not the same.Among them,male,40-49-year-old population,doctoral degree or above,senior professional title,people in the establishment,people who have worked in the hospital for 16-20 years,and people who have National Natural Science Foundation projects have the highest output rate of SCI papers in the group.②Multi factor analysis:degree is the risk factor of SCI paper output,which shows that the SCI paper output of employees with doctoral degree is about 2.61 times and 2.23 times of that of employees with undergraduate and master degree,that is,the higher the degree is,the better the SCI paper output is.Professional title is the risk factor of SCI paper output,which shows that the SCI paper output of employees with positive and senior professional titles is 2.37 times,1.66 times and 0.46 times of employees with primary,intermediate and deputy senior professional titles respectively,that is to say,the higher the professional title,the better the SCI paper output.Conclusion:we should focus on strengthening the managem
