摘　　要：混流式水轮机具有结构简单、效率高、制造工艺成熟的优点,剪断销是水轮机导叶传动机构的保护装置,是水轮机安全稳定运行的重要设备,如果导叶间有异物卡住,相关传动件的操作力将急剧增大,当应力超过剪断销设计值时,剪断销首先剪断,保护水轮机组传动零件不受损坏。Francis turbine has the advantages of simple structure,high efficiency and mature manufacturing technology.Shearing pin is a protection device for the guide vane transmission mechanism of the turbine,and is an important equipment for the safe and stable operation of the turbine.If there is a foreign matter between the guide vanes,the operating force of the relevant transmission components will increase sharply.When the stress exceeds the design value of the shear pin,the shear pin will be sheared first to protect the transmission parts of the hydraulic turbine unit from damage.
