摘　　要：提出了一种配电线路综合用户停电损失函数及用户停电损失估算方法,文章以用户调查为基础,根据线路负荷分布,建立综合用户停电损失函数,构建不同情况下的算法函数和算法模型,通过考虑各类用户的用电量比例等情况,对济南市10kV兴港线进行用户停电损失估算。通过算例应用和分析,文章设计的算法具有较好的应用效果,为用户节省了大量的能源,很大程度地提高了电力利用率,该方法对配电网规划建设与运维检修时的经济决策具有一定的参考作用。This paper proposes a comprehensive user power outage loss function and user power outage loss estimation method for distribution lines.Based on user surveys,this article establishes a comprehensive user outage loss function based on line load distribution,and builds algorithm functions and algorithm models in different situations.Considering the proportion of electricity consumption of various types of users,the user's power outage loss estimate for the 10kV Xinggang line in Ji'nan City is carried out.Through the application and analysis of the example,the algorithm designed by the article has a good application effect,saving a lot of energy for the user and greatly improving the power utilization rate.This method has a certain reference effect on the economic decision-making in the planning,construction,operation,maintenance and repair of the distribution network.
