摘　　要：本文全面地分析原子吸收光谱法的原理和原子吸收检测仪的构成,并且详细论述使用原子吸收光谱法检测环境样品中重金属含量的前处理、定量分析方法以及检测过程中防止引入污染的注意事项。This paper comprehensively analyzes the principle of atomic absorption spectrometry and the composition of atomic absorption detector,and discusses in detail the pretreatment,quantitative analysis methods and precautions to prevent the introduction of pollution in the detection of heavy metal content in environmental samples by atomic absorption spectrometry.
