摘　　要：本文通过对海洋中油污染的存在方式进行了梳理,并对其对产生的生态环境影响进行了阐述,针对具体的动植物和鱼类进行分析,提出了相应的治理和开发的原则及对策,以期达到保持良好生态环境,让海洋生态走上可持续发展的道路的目标。In this paper,the existing mode of oil pollution in the ocean is sorted out,and its impact on the ecological environment is elaborated.Based on the analysis of specific animals,plants and fish,the corresponding principles and Countermeasures of governance and development are put forward,so as to achieve the goal of maintaining a good ecological environment and making marine ecology on the road of sustainable development.
