关于工业废气废水的治理建议

摘　　要：随着社会的发展,生产力的进步,物质生活逐渐丰富,为了提高城市的经济,越来越多的工厂兴起,但是有一些工厂只注重生产效率而忽视生产过程中所产生的废气和废水,导致了环境被污染。当前,威胁人类生产的十大环境问题分别是全球气候变暖、臭氧层的耗损与破坏、生物多样性减少、酸雨蔓延、森林锐减、土地荒漠化、大气污染、水污染、海洋污染、危险性废物越境转移。这些问题的由来一方面是因为人类破坏环境,滥采滥用自然资源,任意排放有害物质,另一方面是因为人口数量不断增长,导致垃圾、污水等不断增加,噪声、汽车废气、交通拥挤等一系列城市环境问题频频出现。With the development of society,the progress of productivity and the gradual enrichment of material life,in order to improve the city’s economy,more and more factories are springing up,but some factories only pay attention to the production efficiency and ignore the waste gas and waste water produced in the production process,resulting in environmental pollution.At present,the ten environmental problems threatening human production are global warming,depletion and destruction of the ozone layer,reduction of biodiversity,spread of acid rain,sharp reduction of forests,land desertification,air pollution,water pollution,marine pollution and transboundary transfer of hazardous wastes.On the one hand,these problems are caused by human damage to the environment,indiscriminate exploitation and abuse of natural resources,arbitrary discharge of harmful substances,on the other hand,because of the continuous growth of population,resulting in the continuous increase of garbage,sewage,noise,automobile exhaust,traffic congestion and a series of urban environmental problems.
