摘　　要：对终末期肾病病人钙化防御的主要筛查方法、危险因素以及疾病管理进行综述,指出护理研究者应以多中心的终末期肾病钙化防御病人为研究对象,针对危险因素、伤口管理、疼痛管理、营养管理以及心理干预等方面做出进一步研究,建立个体化的终末期肾病病人钙化防御管理方案。The main screening methods,risk factors and disease management for calciphylaxis of end stage renal disease were reviewed.It was pointed out that nursing researchers should take the calciphylaxis in end stage renal disease patients from multicentres as the research object,and make further research on the risk factors,wound management,pain management,nutrition management and psychological intervention,in order to establish a personalized calciphylaxis management scheme for patients with end stage renal disease.
