热熔粘合衬地毯用研究

摘　　要：文章介绍了热熔粘合衬的性质及其在服装方面的应用,指出在织造簇绒地毯时胶乳背胶存在的主要问题,并选用聚酰胺(PA)热熔粘合衬进行粘合地毯实验,实验数据表明在热压温度为150℃,PA热熔粘合衬克重为时150g/m^2,绒头拔出力为12.86N,背衬剥离强度为123.1N。这符合国家标准,可以为相关生产企业和研究工作提供一定参考。The article introduces the properties of hot melt adhesive interlining and its application in clothing,points out the main problems of latex adhesive when weaving tufted carpets,and selects polyamide(PA)hot melt adhesive interlining for adhesion in the carpet test.The experimental data shows that at a hot pressing temperature of 150°C,the weight of PA hot-melt adhesive liner is 150g/m^2,the pile pull-out force is 12.86N,and the backing peel strength is 123.1N.It conforms to national standards and can provide a reference for relevant production enterprises and research work.
