摘　　要：组建数据采集与存储系统是当前教学、科研和试验等领域的迫切需求。采用具有串口通信功能的数字化传感器,结合监控与数据采集系统(MCGS)组态软件中的标准MODBUS RTU协议,快速、低成本地开发了一套应用程序系统。创新性地将软件系统中的莫迪康指令与传感器的RTU指令进行了映射关联,以便在上位机读取传感器内存中的实时数据与参数;同时,利用互斥原理对上位机内存数据进行分时保存和定时文件存储,既保证了数据的读写安全,又避免了因突然断电等故障而导致的数据丢失。用户可以在需要时通过按钮进行择机存储。这项技术适用于多点对多点的数字化通信领域,尤其是蓬勃发展的物联网,结合上位机的智能算法,可以实现终端的测量、控制和优化等功能。The establishment of data acquisition and storage system is an urgent need in teaching,scientific research and experimentation.An application system was developed quickly and cheaply by using digital sensors with serial communication function and combined with the standard MODBUS RTU protocol in monitor and control genernting system(MCGS)configuration software.The mapping of RTU andThe MODICON instruction in the software system was innovatively mapped to the RTU instruction of the sensor,which made it convenient for users to read and write real-time data and parameters in the memory of the sensor from the upper computer.In addition,mutual exclusion principle was applied for time-sharing storage and timing file storage of the upper computer memory data,which could ensure the security of data reading and writing,and also avoid the loss of data caused by sudden power failure.Users could use buttons for selective storage when needed.The technology is applicable to the field of multi-point to multi-point digital communication,especially the booming Internet of things.Combining with the intelligent algorithm of the upper computer,the measurement,control and optimization of the terminals can be realized.
