摘 要:随着近代物理学的发展,半个世纪以来,电压基准与电阻基准都实现了量子化。然而,电学计量中的电流量子化面临更大的挑战。引入粒子加速器领域的相关理论与技术,以探索实现电流量子化所需弱流电子束的新原理和新方法。综述了弱流电子加速器的研究现状。在此基础上,结合量子化电流的技术要求,创新性地提出了基于射频(RF)电子加速器和可调狭缝组合的弱流电子束产生与输运方法。给出了装置的总体方案,并开展了初步的束流动力学计算。研究与计算结果表明,该方案可以用于产生并输运μA量级的弱流电子束,从原理上初步验证了粒子加速器应用于电流量子化的可行性,为后续更加深入的理论与工程研究提供了全新的方向和思路。With the development of modern physics,voltage reference and resistance reference are quantized for half a century,but the issue about quantization is confronted with larger challenge.The theory and technology of the field of particle accelerators are introduced to explore a principle and method of generating weak-current electron-beam for the application to current quantization.After reviewing the research situation of weak-current electron-accelerator,and combining the technical requirements of current quantization,a novel method for weak-current generation and transport are proposed,which is based on radio frequency(RF)electron accelerator and adjustable slit combination.Furthermore,an overall scheme of the equipment is illustrated,and corresponding beam dynamics calculations is performed preliminarily.The research and calculation results show that the scheme can be used to generate and transport weak-current electron-beam with the mA.The feasibility of applying particle accelerator to current quantization is preliminarily verified in principle,which provides an entirely new direction and idea for further theoretical and engineering researches.
