急诊科护士睡眠质量和心理健康情况分析研究

摘　　要：目的:对三甲医院急诊护士的睡眠质量及心理健康的相关因素进行分析,为临床管理提供科学依据。方法:选取福州市内3所省级三级甲等医院的急诊科护理人员85名作为研究对象,采用HAMA量表、PSQI指数、HAMD量表测量急诊科护理人员的睡眠质量和心理状态。结果:急诊科护理人员PSQI总分为(12.73±2.31)分,与年龄、工作时间等变量呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HAMA总分(16.53±8.75)分,HAMD总分(23.64±8.17)分,与PSQI呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊科护理人员具有比较明显的睡眠障碍问题,通过调整人员的心理状态能够更好地改善睡眠质量。Objective:The sleep quality of 3 armour hospital emergency nurses and related factors of mental health were analyzed,and provide scientific basis for clinical management.Methods:A total of 85 nurses in emergency department of three provincial Grade-A hospitals in Fuzhou were selected as the research objects,The HAMA index,PSQI index,and HAMA scale were used to measure the sleep quality and mental state of emergency department nursing staff.Results:Emergency department nurses PSQI score was(12.73±2.31),and it was positively correlated with age,working time and other variables(P<0.05).The HAMA score was(16.53±8.75),HAMD scores was(23.64±8.17),and it was positively correlated with PSQI,and the data has significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing staff has the obvious sleep disorders,by adjusting the personnel′s psychological state can better improve sleep quality.
