摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理对慢性乙肝患者生命质量、睡眠质量及负性情绪的影响。方法:选取2017年11月至2019年5月厦门市中医院收治的慢性乙肝患者72例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组采用心理护理干预。比较2组护理前后的生命质量综合评定量表(GQOL)评分、睡眠质量(PSQI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果:护理后观察组的GQOL评分显著高于对照组,PSQI评分、SAS评分及SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预可显著改善慢性乙肝患者的生命质量、睡眠质量及负性情绪。Objective:To explore the influence of psychological nursing for the life quality,sleep quality and negative emotion of patients with chronic liver disease.Methods:A total of 72 patients with chronic liver disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xiamen City from November 2017 to May 2019 were divided into control group and observation group with 36 cases in each group according to the principle of random control.The control group were with routine nursing,the observation group were with psychological nursing intervention.Then the life quality[Generic Quality of Life Inventory(GQOL)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep index scale(PSQI)]and negative emotion[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)]of two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results:The GQOL score of observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of control group,while the PSQI score,SAS score and SDS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the life quality,sleep quality and negative emotions of patients with chronic liver disease.
