综合护理对重症脑血管病并发肺部感染患者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析综合护理对重症脑血管病并发肺部感染患者负性情绪和睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:选取2016年4月至2018年4月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的重症脑血管病发肺部感染患者72例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行综合护理。比较2组护理前后的负性情绪焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)和睡眠质量匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)。结果:护理前2组的SAS评分、SDS评分及PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分及PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可有效缓解重症脑血管病并发肺部感染患者负性情绪,改善睡眠质量,对促进患者病情改善起着积极作用。Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in improving the negative emotion and sleep quality of patients with severe cerebrovascular disease complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods:A total of 72 patients with pulmonary infection caused by severe cerebrovascular disease in First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from April 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 36 cases in each group.The control group were with routine nursing,the observation group were with comprehensive nursing.Then the negative emotion[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)]and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI scale)]of two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results:The SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of two groups before the intervention,were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),the SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of observation group after the intervention were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate negative emotions of patients with severe cerebrovascular disease complicated with pulmonary infection,improve sleep quality,and play a positive role in promoting the improvement of patients′condition.
